Asley had number fish as shown in basket pic but proud of his 4lb8oz common carp wich put up a big fight, then i went and upset the day with the only catch of the day a 11lb carp. |

Fishing with Quantum 2.75lb test curve roads and matching reels Caught on deadbait - mackerel tail, punctured and infused with additive
Only 2nd outing ever for Pike, 1st trip resulted in 24lb specimen caught in Rydal water, Cumbria.
This was the only fish caught the whole day out of at least 12 other
fisherman as the conditions were very poor, fish weighed 7-8 lbs and fought well. Glasson Dock has a suitable car park, wc, pub and burger bar etc etc and of course fishing is free (environment agency licence of course ). |
